This guided forest bathing experience invites participants to reconnect with nature through mindful sensory exploration. Inspired by Shinrin-Yoku, the session reduces stress, deepens awareness, and supports regulation, offering simple practices to integrate nature connection into daily life.

This reflective workshop helps participants assess balance and fulfillment across life domains using the Wheel of Life framework.
